Where can I find my order confirmation?

When you place an order with Wanelo, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Wanelo account. You'll also receive email and push notification updates when your order status changes. 

If you don't receive an order confirmation, please make sure you have the correct email address entered in your Wanelo settings. You may also want to check your Spam folder to see if the email ended up there. We know this is an email you WANT to see!

You can also access your Wanelo Order History at any time to see details of past purchases:
  • On desktop, go to wanelo.com/orders/history
  • On the mobile app, go to your Wanelo profile, tap the icon in the top left hand corner and select "Your Orders"
Note: In addition to buying things directly on Wanelo, sometimes you may be directed to the store's actual website to purchase the item. When you purchase an item this way, it will not show up in your Wanelo Order History. If you don't see an order in your Wanelo history and have a question about it, email us at shopping@wanelo.com and we can help you contact the store.
