How does the Wanelo Sales Channel work?

By installing the Wanelo Sales Channel, Shopify stores are applying to sell directly on Wanelo. You must have a store powered by Shopify in order to install the channel. The Wanelo Sales Channel can be found here: https://apps.shopify.com/wanelo but you must be a U.S. based merchant with a U.S. SSN in order to be approved to sell on Wanelo.

Once you install the Wanelo Sales Channel:
  • Your application will be reviewed and your store will be placed on the waitlist to sell on Wanelo.
  • Your products will automatically sync to your Wanelo storefront before you are approved. Having all of your products imported into Wanelo does not mean that your store has been approved to sell.
If your store is approved to sell on our marketplace:
  • Your products will be made available for purchase directly through the Wanelo app and website.
  • Orders placed on Wanelo are then automatically generated on your Shopify dashboard for fulfillment.
  • Payment for Wanelo orders you fulfill on Shopify with a tracking number will be automatically transferred to your bank account 30 days after the order was marked as "shipped". 
  • Payments are made via direct deposit. Please allow 3-7 days for your bank to process the funds!
Wanelo Seller Rules of the Road:
  • Orders placed on Wanelo must be fulfilled within 7 days with a tracking number
  • Payment for completed orders that fit the above criteria will be transferred automatically to your bank after 30 business days
  • Wanelo takes 15% commission on the purchased item, the 15% is taken from the cost of the item and shipping. Tax is excluded.
  • Wanelo charges  a 2.9% processing fee on the total order, which does include tax and shipping. This is the only processing fee, you do not pay the Shopify processing fee.
