Wanelo orders appear in your Shopify orders dashboard with the email address [orders+user(number)@wanelo.com] and "Wanelo Order" in the notes section of your orders.
Please note: emails sent to [orders+user(number)@wanelo.com] will not be received by the customer. If you need to contact a customer, please email email@example.com with the order number.
Reminder: your orders must be fulfilled on your Shopify dashboard. You must also include a tracking number and check the box to send an email with the tracking information.
