When a customer returns an item that Wanelo has paid you for already, you will need to initiate the process through your Shopify dashboard for that order. Wanelo only allows full refunds on orders. The full refund will be transferred by Wanelo to the customer immediately, and we will alert the customer of the refund by email.
You will be covering the amount Wanelo paid you originally for this order, which Wanelo will pull from your merchant account, and Wanelo will be responsible for refunding the commissions and fees that we originally deducted from that order.
If you do not have enough funds to cover the refund, it will be collected from your bank account.
