How do I include a tracking number when I fulfill an order?

All orders must be shipped with a tracking number in order for sellers to receive payment.

You must add the tracking number on Shopify. You can do this when you fulfill the order. If you forget, you can add the tracking number afterwards.

Step 1. Click on the order in your Shopify dashboard

Step 2. Click on "Fulfill items"

Step 3. Enter the tracking number in the field that says "Optional tracking number" and select the carrier in the dropdown menu
