In order to sell on Wanelo, a personal Wanelo username must be combined with a Wanelo store page. We call this a "merged account." Only merged accounts can save products into collections, edit store information, and update payment settings. If you have multiple stores, you’ll need a separate user account for each store.
Here's how you can merge your accounts:
- Install the Wanelo Shopify App. You'll be prompted to either create a new Wanelo account or log in with an existing Wanelo account. When you install the app, your Wanelo account will be automatically merged with your Shopify store.
- If you want to change the user account that is merged with your store, just email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your accounts were just merged and you appear to have lost followers, don’t stress! We can easily get your followers back if you just email us at: email@example.com
