Your store is disabled from selling on Wanelo if your Shopify plan becomes frozen or dormant and/or if your domain (http://yourstorename.com) is disconnected from your Shopify store.
If your store was disabled because your Shopify site was unavailable for the reasons above, you can email us at store-support@wanelo.com to start selling again.
Note: You must email us if either of these events happen, you will not be automatically re-enabled.
