What to include:
- The number of days a buyer has to ship the return after delivery
- A return shipment address
- All packing instructions, such as: "Must include order ID, name, and reason for return"
- The timeline to process the return and refund the buyer
- Details of who will pay for both the initial order shipping costs and the return shipping cost
- If you charge a restocking fee, state the amount
