Why does my tracking status say "delivery failed"?

If your tracking URL shows statuses such as "delivery failed", "undeliverable" or "returned to sender", the most common reason for this is that an incorrect shipping address was entered when you placed your order. This is usually because the apartment or unit number was left out of the address.

If you believe you entered the correct shipping address, please contact shopping@wanelo.com and we'll help track down your order.

Please keep in mind that Wanelo does not take responsibility for failed deliveries for orders that were placed with an incorrect shipping address.
