What should I do if I don't recognize a charge from Wanelo?

If you don’t recognize a charge from Wanelo on your bank statement, the most common cause of such a charge is a younger member in your family using your card to make a Wanelo purchase. Please check whether they recognize the purchase.

If you're unable to verify the purchase, please email us at shopping@wanelo.com and we will investigate the charge.
