Seeing an “In Review” status in your order history means your order triggered our fraud prevention system. Whenever this happens, you'll receive an email requesting additional information in order to verify the order. For customer security reasons, we require a response to that email within 24 hours.
The email is sent from email@example.com and the email will be sent to the address you have listed in your Wanelo settings: www.wanelo.com/settings.
If your order is “In Review” and you did not receive an email to verify your order, please make sure you have an active email address associated with your Wanelo account. You may also want to check to see if the email ended up in your Spam folder.
