Where's my tracking number?

Each store has a different timeframe for delivery, so be sure to check the delivery estimate on your order confirmation email so you'll know when to expect your item. 

If you haven't received a tracking number and it's getting close to the end of the estimated delivery window for your order, please email us at shopping@wanelo.com with your order number and we'll get back to you with the tracking information. 

Note: Most delivery estimates are given in business days, which exclude weekends.
