Why aren't customers receiving my emails?

At this time, Wanelo does not support direct communication between sellers and customers. Please note that the email address associated with the Wanelo order in Shopify [user+(numbers)@wanelo.com] is auto-generated and will not reach the customer.

If you need to get in touch with a customer, please email us at
store-support@wanelo.com​ with the order number and reason for contacting the customer. We'll reach out to the customer on your behalf.
