My orders ship from overseas, but tracking numbers don’t register as “shipped” until the packages hit the U.S. When will I get paid?

As long as the correct carrier is selected, we should receive proper tracking updates for the package and you will be paid as soon as we confirm it’s on the way to the U.S.

If you ship with a Chinese carrier that transfers packages to USPS once they reach the U.S., we highly recommend shipping via Epacket. This allows USPS to receive tracking updates while the order is still in China.

If you ship orders from overseas but are NOT using Epacket, please make sure to select “Other” as the carrier in Shopify so we can accurately track the delivery status.
