At this time, Wanelo allows customers to place one order at a time. Customers cannot order multiple items at once. So you may see multiple orders from one customer.
If you have multiple orders from a customer, you can combine them into one shipment with one tracking number. But you must input that tracking number into Shopify for each order.
Orders are paid once the order is confirmed as "shipped" from the carrier. So if there is an order number that doesn't have a tracking number associated with it, we cannot pay for that order.
